Buying and selling a home is always stressful so it really helps when your realtor is available for your questions and is willing to take the time to explain the process with you. My experience with Yvonne as both my listing and buying agent was exceptional. She went above and beyond what any other realtor had done for me in the past. It was evident that her priority was not just closing the deal on either property. As I shared my story with her about my dream of owning a home in Downtown Napa for over 25 years it became her passion and priority. My house sold, weeks had passed, the pressure was on and the Napa inventory was low but with Yvonne's strong work ethic, integrity, and network she found my dream home! If I had to do it over again, I would choose Yvonne to be my agent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Yvonne recently helped my wife Julie and I purchase our first home in Fairfield, CA. This was our first time buying a home and Yvonne's expertise and advice was invaluable. She was very patient with us; making sure that we understood the entire process from start to finish. She was extremely helpful when it came to answering any and all questions all while maintaining great communication throughout the entire process. The listing agent was a bit more of a challenge to work with however we've come to understand the differences between realtors like Yvonne who have become seasoned in their trade and those that may just still need some time to gain a bit more experience. Yvonne made it her prerogative to ensure a hassle free and pain free experience. She went above and beyond making herself available to us day or night; I'm an active duty USAF aircrew member and because of Yvonne, I was able to perform my duties around the globe while still fulfilling my obligations back home with the help of Yvonne and her connections of inspectors, mortgage lenders, and fellow real estate agents. If it wasn't for Yvonne's connections, I'd be paying much more for my mortgage than I would've thought. RE/MAX GOLD definitely has an outstanding member on their team creating a great reputation for them. We can't recommend her enough!

I will begin my review by saying that Yvonne will be our real estate agent for life! Yvonne was incredible from the moment I met her at an open house in Cordelia back in February 2016. She is so personable and made me feel very at ease. Yvonne had all the information my wife and I needed to make us feel that Fairfield/Cordelia was the right place to raise our family. We felt immediately that we could trust her and that she would work very hard to find us the house of our dreams. Yvonne was extremely responsive and listened to all of our needs with great care and consideration. Our circumstances were very unique as my wife and kids were living in Canada for two years while I worked to stabilize our financial situation. Sparing the blow by blow, she took all of these circumstances into consideration when finding houses for us to look at, and place bids on. My wife and I fell in love with a great house, which Yvonne would eventually help us purchase, that was a short sale and had it's own set of 'baggage' to go along with it. She handled all of the challenges in dealing with our short sale purchase with grace, being extremely comforting in our time of stress. From an unresponsive asset manager on the east coast that kept threatening to withdraw from the deal, to a bank appointed contractor who kept increasing his bid to finish the home to FHA standards before we could close escrow, my wife and I always felt that Yvonne was our champion and would never quit until we got into our home under the best circumstances. In summary, Yvonne changed our lives and we are eternally grateful for her hard work and dedication to bringing our family back together in our beautiful home. She is more than just a real estate agent to us, Yvonne will always be considered as a member of our family. Thanks for all you have done Yvonne! Looking forward to more ventures together in the future!
