Yvonne went above and beyond with the sale of my condo. This was the first time I was selling a property and she guided me through the entire process. My home needed many more repairs than I had anticipated related to renters. Yvonne even helped me through the repair process and helped me find reputable contractors. After listing, we received multiple offers within 24 hours and she helped me select one well over asking price and we were under contract in less than 48 hours.
