Yvonne grew up in New York and has built a successful career in real estate for over 30 years in New York and Florida. She has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers and investors, in both the residential and commercial markets.

Within less than one year of acquiring her real estate license in the state of Florida, in August of 2001, Yvonne Kane was recognized with the Ruby Medallion and Top Listing Associate Awards. Within the following year, Yvonne's achievements where again rewarded with the Emerald Medallion and Top Sales Associate Awards; five more such accomplishments followed each year earning Yvonne the Associate of the Year, Wave of Excellence, the Chairman's Guild, Women's Council of Realtors, and the prestigious President's Club Awards. Yvonne also earned the Certificate of Designation of Fine Homes International Specialist.

While Yvonne is proud of winning these awards, for her affiliation with Christies International Real Estate – Coastal Properties Group International, and for the use of the industry's most innovate marketing tools, her true pride is reserved for her husband Bill, her wonderful children Billy and Josie, and for the moments she enjoys with family and friends.
