I knew a few things about the hone buying process prior to meeting with Yvonne from different groups and such but I wasn't an expert so questions did arise. Yvonne even answered my questions that were supposed to be for my lender that went unresponsed for a few days.

We went to in one day several homes from as far out as North Kansas City all the way to South KC and she didn't have any issues. She also looked out for things you might have missed such as an electrical not being labeled in one phone and foundation issues in another. I would recommend Yvonne for advice on all your major life changes but sadly she's a realtor lol. Do yourself a favor and choose her in your home buying process.

Yvonne was amazing! Her friendly, outgoing, pleasant nature made me feel like I was in good hands.
She is very knowledgeable! And she took time to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered.
I actually hate that the house search us over. Because she is such a pleasure to be around.

I really enjoyed working with Yvonne. She is a very knowledgeable realtor and she always kept our best interest in mind. She walked us through the selling process as first time home sellers and she also helped us find the home of our dreams. The buyer’s agent was disorganized and difficult but Yvonne kept the transaction on track. I highly recommend Yvonne for your next real estate transaction.
