Yvonne Townes is Unbelievable & Amazing when it comes to getting the best for her clients! She guided me through the home buying process 10 years ago when I purchased what I thought would be my forever house. However, She made sure that I got a great deal just in case I “changed my mind” down the road. What makes Yvonne amazing is that over the years, she remained my real estate agent even when she wasn’t actively looking for me another home by helping me maintain the upkeep of my home by connecting me to contractors. (Her network is amazing!) She would always say “this is your biggest investment, so take care of it.” Lo and behold, Yvonne was right! My 10th year (2021) in my home, I decided to sell! I called her and she immediately got to work, came over, and did a walk through advising me on what to do to get it ready to list. Because I kept my home up over the years, it didn’t take long to execute her suggestions. I called and told her I was ready to list. She jumped into action and worked her magic, got my home staged, professionally photographed, and it was under contract in 2 days!! She was with me step by step through the process of selling my home, supported my family and eased our stress. I am truly grateful she is my real estate agent! When you choose Yvonne Townes to be your realtor, you are getting someone who will work tirelessly to see you get the best, but most of all you also get a lifelong friend! I’m already excited about working with her again as we find my “Dream Home!”

Yvonne is a joy to work with. She's informative and knowledgeable not only with real estate but finances as well. She was able to assist my nephew with going through NACA and creating a budget to be on track for becoming a first-time homeowner. It was a pleasure working with Yvonne. She was my realtor two times. Once In purchasing our current home, and also in the sale of a rental property. That in and of itself speaks volumes!
