About Zach

Zach serves as President of Village Real Estate. Zach started his real estate career in 2004 at Village Real Estate where he gained experience in traditional residential sales as well as multi-unit new construction development sales. In 2012, Zach joined Parks Realty to open a new-concept urban office in the Gulch where he served as Managing Broker for over 6 years. During that time, he helped re-brand what was then known as Bob Parks Realty into what is now Parks. In January 2019, Zach returned to Village Real Estate. Zach has served on the Board of Directors for Greater Nashville REALTORS®, is a past president of the Sewanee Club of Nashville alumni association, and is a licensed REALTOR® and Broker in Tennessee. Zach was selected as part of the Nashville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 class of 2017. He graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Zach and his wife, Martha, live in Nashville with their 3 children.
