Zach High

T. Zachary High is the qualifying broker for Elkpenn who has robust experience within the commercial real estate industry and works with private clients to mitigate risk and increase asset values.

Zachary studied at the University of Central Florida where he received his B.S.B.A. in Finance and a B.S.B.A. in Real Estate. Following graduation, Zachary entered the real estate industry as a consultant specializing in raising capital and forming various partnerships. Zachary specializes in finance; he utilizes a variety of proprietary models to depict accurate financial analyses that allow his clients to make calculated decisions on all asset types.

Zachary has been instrumental in representing both domestic and international clients with acquisitions, dispositions, leases and property management.
