Zach Lipson

I was born in Washington, DC and am a self-proclaimed "homer". I grew up in Bethesda, MD and love the area so much that I decided to raise my family here. I’m a product of the area's excellent school systems, and am a proud graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. I am a girl (2x) dad and enjoy spending time with my family and friends, attending concerts at the 930 Club, Anthem and Merriweather Post Pavilion and playing golf poorly. I also love to build and fix things which is why I'm known as Mr Fix It.

At a young age I fell in love with construction and eventually real estate. What started off as my babysitter taking me to construction sites to pretend I was doing the work with my toy trucks turned into me working with the trades as I practiced construction management. I spent several years working in construction management before going into property management. These opportunities provided a natural segue into real estate. I use my construction and property management experience in real estate as I navigate the complex scenarios of real estate here in the Washington, DC area.

With more than twenty years of experience in real estate, construction and property management, I bring important knowledge and insights about home buying and selling that offer my clients a decided advantage. I am able to use my diverse real estate background, including new home construction, home renovations, residential rentals, and buying and selling properties to advise both sellers and buyers on best practices. I know how to make a seller’s property stand out to buyers and how to craft a winning offer for buyers while keeping in mind the quality and potential of each home to meet buyer’s needs.
