I have purchased and sold a home with Zach within the last 2.5 years in Conway, SC. Zach’s vast understanding of nationwide, state and local real estate trends and how the economy impacts these trends; his focus on building relationships with his clients and his positive, “there’s always a solution”, attitude makes him an exceptional real estate agent. When I purchased my home, we saw a few homes very quickly until Zach called and said “I think this is the one”. He was right, he understood what I needed better than I did!
I unexpectedly needed to sell my home months ago and of course called Zach. The week an offer was received, I was in NC for 3.5 weeks due to a family member being hospitalized with a serious condition. Zach kept the sale going. He completed all due diligence and worked with me by phone, text and email. I had a closing date before I returned home to SC with my family and the sale went through perfectly. I am very grateful for all of Zach's assistance (he would also check on my family member), and remain a loyal customer!

If you haven’t decided on a realtor yet, look no further. Zach is the guy you want to work with. With his help, I purchased my first investment property. Unfortunately, buying and selling real estate isn’t always smooth sailing. The seller defaulted on the sale of the first property we had under contract just a few days before closing. This was a huge disappointment but luckily Zach was not only compassionate but immediately sprung into action. Within a couple of days we had a new property under contract and with his expert guidance, managed to close in record time. My husband and I have had a dream of owning a home near the beach and were lucky enough to find Zach as our realtor. From the first moment we spoke to him, we knew he was sharp and would help us get what we wanted. He listened to our wants, and made them happened very quickly.
As out of state residents, he worked with us to find a home and dealt with the virtual process of it all. He was always quick to respond, within seconds, and when we found the home we really wanted he helped to secure the deal for us at asking price which is hard to do right now in this Marketplace!

Zachary was very detailed when it came to listing my home. From the first day he knew exactly what to do when it came to listing, selling, marketing of my home. He helped me with showing the home and made sure that the showings were always set up in order to make life much easier.
