Above and beyond simply does not suffice when describing my experience with Zach as a realtor.
Prior to meeting Zach, I’ve heard stories from several homeowners of how they had bad experiences with their realtors. From realtors having pressured them into buying a home without going through the proper steps to not listening to what they were looking for in a home; I’ve heard it all. After listening to their experiences, I was hesitant when researching for a realtor. I voiced my concern to Veterans United and they set me up with Zach Stocker. After my first phone call and in-person meeting with Zach, all of my worries were put at ease; as he exudes a personality that is reassuring and supportive of first-time homeowners. He listened to what I was looking for in a home, what my budget was, and how far out I was looking to purchase my home. He respected my choices, kept me well informed, and never pressured me into making any decisions I was not ready to make at the time. Most importantly, he was very patient, took time out of his busy schedule and always jumped on the best opportunities for me. What I appreciate most about Zach is his friendly character; his open, honest, and compatible personality felt like I had known him for years! As a realtor he kept me well informed about listings in the area I was interested in and, at times he didn’t know the answer to any of my questions, he always got back to me within a day. As a first-time homeowner, I am truly thankful and blessed for having Zach Stocker as my realtor. Without him, I don’t believe I would have the opportunity to call myself a homeowner today. He is the man that you can count on.

Zach has been extremely helpful from start finish. He is great at communicating and answering any questions you may have. He made the home buying process extremely smooth. He made it super easy for us even though we weren’t physically in the area yet. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house.
