Zach has been deeply involved in the farm and timber real estate industry his entire life. Both his dad and uncle have been in the business for 40 years and Zach has been involved since he was a little boy. His passion for land and wildlife has run through his veins since early childhood. Hunting and fishing are monumental components of his life. Zach has developed a great reputation in the outdoor community for his ability to manage land and wildlife all over the state. He has a great deal of experience ranging from the Lower and Upper Coastal Plain, Piedmont, Blue Ridge, and the Valley & Ridge regions of Georgia. One of Zach’s specialties is converting a property’s potential into a reality. He can transform not only the aesthetic appeal of a property, but also the income production (timber, agriculture, hunting lease etc..), the wildlife habitat, the quality of the deer herd, the wild turkey population, etc. Habitat enhancement for turkeys, deer, dove, quail, etc. is not just a hobby for Zach, it is a passion. Zach has a great deal of experience working on large plantations as well as small acreage tracts. One of his more notable accomplishments has been the establishment of 40,000+ acres of quality deer management co-ops in Southwest Georgia. The Spring Creek and Caney Creek Co-op consist of the absolute finest hunting this state has to offer. These co-ops are products of Zach’s custom management agenda and testaments to his relentless efforts in making the most out of every single acre of every single property, no matter how big or how small. It does not matter whether a property is 10 acres or 10,000 acres, Zach can improve it in many ways. One thing that sets Zach apart from others is his ability to “see beyond the surface” of property. His vision goes well beyond what you see when you ride through a tract of land. Zach sees beyond the windshield… envisioning the short and long term potential. It requires a lot of experience, outside the box thinking, and knowledge to achieve a property’s maximum potential and this is what separates Zach from most other agents.
