Zach Warren is Co-Leader of Norris Warren Partners. A seasoned realtor, investor, and Certified Master Inspector, Zach has more than 15 years experience in all aspects of real estate. He has developed more than 50 single family homes and multi-unit buildings, inspected more than 1,500 homes, and even advised on a billion-dollar university expansion.
An educator at heart, Zach values building relationships and sharing knowledge with humility. Known for his network of trusted contractors, he is expert at identifying and managing major issues before you list or buy. Outside real estate, Zach teaches "The Science of Happiness" at Georgetown University, enjoys kayaking with his team, and aspires to juggle 7 balls at once. He volunteers for several non-profits, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Mobile Mini Circus for Children, where he taught juggling and unicycling classes to refugee children in conflict zones.
