I have to echo my husband’s words:

We are currently under contract to buy a house thanks to Zach. I kid you not, the man doesn’t miss a beat. He has been a complete joy to work with thus far. We live out of state, called Zach on a Tuesday, and he had a binder of homes to show us by that Saturday. On Friday night we found a listing we liked online. I texted him close to 10pm and he got it scheduled for Saturday too. It turned out that last minute addition was the best house! We saw it, loved it, and Zach finalized the deal quickly. He gave us unique insight into the area, is professional, and even provided us information about the home buying process we needed. I am so glad we have Zach. God willing, this deal will close in a short time, and frankly, I doubt we’d have done it without him. I highly recommend.
