Realtor Zach Williams has been in the Real Estate Business since 2010. His career began as an agent with Century 21 during one of the slowest real estate markets in history. After a short time in the business he noticed the quickly growing and technologically savvy real estate company ERA Reardon Realty. So in 2011 Zach started as a Realtor working with one of the most progressive and innovative real estate companies in the area.
After a year proving himself as a successful agent, he was promoted and started working directly with broker/owner Rick Reardon and his personal clients. During the next two years Zach was immersed in the hundreds of transactions being closed at ERA, working as both direct sales support and managing his own client sales.
Since 2013 Zach has been in the top 15% of selling Realtors in his market of over 250 agents. Zach has been recognised by ERA franchise on a National level as a three time recipient of the Circle of Achievement awards for sales and customer service. Zach was also recognized as a top 5 agent in Michigan for ERA Franchise.
After an amazing 8 years in real estate with hundreds of transactions closed, Zach began to look at growth opportunities in the business, both for clients and for his own professional development. When it became apparent that the next step was to open a company of his own, Zach opened Next Step Realty.
This new venture is an opportunity for Zach to explore growth in his own business and also an opportunity to enhance client experience outside of franchise limitations in the quickly changing world of real estate.
Zach has always believed in the power of honesty, ethics, and constant professional development. He has maintained a large presence in community events and in the local Realtor association, building relationships that have proven invaluable throughout his career thus far.
