My experience with Zach was completely seamless. I reached out by text message to begin facilitating my move to the Chicago, unable to visit the city and do any of the required apartment hunting.

If you are looking for a real estate agent that will keep you in the loop, respond IMMEDIATELY [kinda scary, ngl] and tour places on your behalf [sending videos with personalized feedback, live facetime interactions], this is your guy.

Zach secured me an apartment that had not even hit the market. I moved in last week without seeing the place in person, and I am blown away every time I walk through the front door. I credit all of this to Zach and his knowledge of the surrounding market.

I cannot say enough great things about Zach. On short notice—less than 24 hours—Zach scheduled 8 apartment showings that exactly matched everything I was looking for. We worked with Zach as first-time home buyers on our new construction condo purchase, and he was absolutely phenomenal. Zach made sure to take care of everything to the last detail, oftentimes going above and beyond -- exceptional in his level of service, communication, attitude and approach.

As first-time home buyers, we weren't sure what neighborhood we wanted to buy in, our exact price point, etc., and Zach was really patient throughout our process and never pushed us to make an offer on anything (in fact, he frequently would remind us not to rush into anything, make sure it's what we want, and wouldn't hide any downsides he saw to a place), so we could buy with confidence that the choice was ours.

He also connected us with a wonderful home inspector and attorney, and was happy to work with our lenders and other advisors to the extent needed throughout the process. His level of communication is unmatched and his thoughtful / detail-oriented approach brought us peace of mind from the showings, through the inspection, negotiation and walk-throughs, and ultimately through closing.

Zach is a rising star in Chicago, and we are grateful to have worked with him on such an important decision and milestone.

Zach is fantastic. He was able to quickly and thoroughly understand what types of home I was looking to purchase and my needs as a first time buyer; I was connected to an excellent Inspector, Loan Officer, and Attorney and felt confident in his connections and knowledge. All the team members Zach connected me with were professional and good people to ask for help as a first time buyer.

As for Zach himself, I can only say he is fantastic. Fast moving on anything paper or negation, buzzing with excitement, and a really great guy. I only needed to view a few units before I made my offer. He asked questions I didn’t think to ask in showings, and had us walk around each building a bit to see what was around. He always worked with my full schedule, which I really appreciate. I love my new condo and I am settled happily thanks to Zach! 6/5 if I could!

Zach did a great job representing us in a purchase of a four unit residential rental property in Logan Square. He was very thorough and thoughtful in providing listings, scheduling appointments and discussing plusses and minuses of particular properties. The first property we signed a contract for had issues upon inspection and Zach was very helpful in evaluating inspection report and not pushing us toward closing. We walked away from that one and then bought this other property and very glad we did. He is doing an excellent job as property manager, being very responsive to tenant inquiries and hard-working with respect to winter snow removal and property maintenance. We would not hesitate to use him again and highly recommend him.

I actually met Zach before Covid and he walked my roommate and me through a series of great looking apartments in our price range. Some of the property managers didn’t let us know certain properties had been taken (even though Zach had checked the night before), but Zach reached out to one and pushed for us to see some properties early that hadn’t been listed. The next day, we end up signing on the property we got an early look at and landed an awesome spot in Wicker Park.

Zach is personable, professional, and adaptable, not to mention always well dressed. I appreciate the effort he put in and would recommend him to any one looking to rent or buy.
