Zack Layton, an 8th-generation Lake George native, has deep-rooted ties to the region he proudly calls home. Driven by a vision to help shape the future of luxury living in the Southern Adirondack, Zack specializes in new construction, vacation and second home sales, and vacation rental management.
With degrees in Civil and Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University, Zack's expertise extends beyond traditional real estate. His background as a TDE Engineer for Lake George, Bolton, Queensbury, and Malta gave him extensive experience in stormwater management, residential wastewater systems, and municipal infrastructure-making him an resource for land development projects navigating complex regulatory hurdles.
Today, Zack works with private real estate developers, leveraging his technical knowledge to guide projects from concept to completion. His hands-on approach ensures efficient site layouts, smooth permitting processes, and compliance with municipal and environmental standards. While his primary focus is new development, he also assists homeowners and homebuyers throughout the Adirondacks, helping them make informed real estate decisions.
Outside of work, Zack enjoys spending time on Lake George, golfing, mountain biking, skiing, and hiking - fully embracing the lifestyle that makes the Adirondacks a premier destination.
