Zachary Rothstein

Zac is a member of the Hudson Advisory Team. The team provides a highly personalized advisory practice focusing on strategic real estate advice and creative marketing solutions based on a data driven & high-touch service approach.

Zac represented fifteen residential new development projects and been involved in the sales of nearly $1B worth of the Real Estate. Since the beginning of his career in 2009, Zac engaged in every aspect of Real Estate, from managing residential remodels to working on the Commercial side of the business handling, building sales, retail leasing and office space sales. Zac now uses his deep understanding of all things Real Estate to provide next level knowledge and a white glove approach to his New York City based residential Real Estate clientele. Zac received a B.A. from Arizona State University, majoring in Business and Urban Planning and Development.
