Zack helped us find our first home! We saw the home the day it hit the market, Zack got our offer in immediately and by that evening we were under contract! He made the process easy and enjoyable. Five years later, as our family grew, we reached back out to Zack to help us sell our first home. Zack quickly got our house on the market. We had offers within the first few hours and by the end of the weekend we had 12 offers. Zack met with us to go over each offer and steered us in the right direction to decide on the right buyer for our home! Selling your first house can be emotional but with Zack’s help we were at ease and felt good about moving on. We quickly closed on our first home and a week later we received a phone call from Zack. He found us a new home we had to see!!! And he was right…it was the perfect home for our family. Zack listens to the needs and wants of his clients, knows the market, and works quickly and diligently. I highly recommend Zack. If we ever move again he will be our first call!

Zach is absolutely the best!!!! My daughter was looking for a new condo in a trendy area and he knew exactly what she wanted and where to look. The negotiations and closing were easy breezy. He did such a great job, I used his expertise, when listing my condo in midtown. He got an offer within 24hrs, accepted and closed within 30 days. He's the best!!!!

Zack is a breeze to work with! My husband and I have purchased two properties with him and sold one home with ease. He goes above and beyond to research what your interests are and will take the time to visit properties with you with a very unbiased opinion. He took all the stress out of selling our home in 2021 and helped making find a home in a hectic market place very easy in 2021 also.

Zack is the BEST! I’d worked with him a few years back when my ex was looking to purchase a house, he was great to work with so I looked him up when it was my turn. Zack is the easiest person to work with, he’s well-informed and knowledgeable, and he’s professional— may not seem like a big deal, but when it comes to showing up to viewings, sending documents for signatures, contacting realtors and sellers for appointments, it makes a BIG difference. He knows the city, he knows houses and and he knows real estate markets, norms, and everything you’d need to know be successful in purchasing a home. It took me a while using first time homebuyer programs, but it was worth it and Zack was patient and steadfast the entire time. I would recommend no one else if you’re looking to buy a home, especially your first. You won’t be disappointed! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :)

I highly recommend working with Zack! He helped me search for a new home for over a year & assisted throughout the entire purchase process. It was a stressful process at times for me but he never seemed frustrated, and was always encouraging. Zack is extremely professional but has a great personality too.

With the home I did purchase, he had really helpful industry expertise that helped us secure the contract.

Also, Zack has a lot of knowledge regarding home renovations/repairs, which is very helpful for someone who isn't handy such as myself.

Again, highly recommend! I found Zack through a referral and will be recommending him to my friends/family.
