I chose Help-U-Sell because when I was selling my rental they were helping another client buy from me and Zafar had very good communication and I could see that he worked hard for his client. I then used the money from my sale to help me buy my family’s dream home and Zafar again worked hard to help me get my home and at a fair price. His partner Robin also assisted and was very kind. Zafar and his team at Help-U-Sell Capital City helped us quickly sell our Waterman Place home (in the City of Elk Grove) for a fair price. They helped us understand the process and explained what repairs we identified would be required and what might be negotiable in finalizing a sale so we were as prepared as possible to close quickly. The process was not easy, but it was as easy as they could make it. We had planned on using a different real estate company. But the agent tried to tell us that we could only get $310,000 for our house as is, but if we put $35,000 into fixing it up, we could get $385,000 out of it. He told us we could pay him thousands of dollars to manage it for us. The math didn’t add up and we wanted to save our money, so we decided to go a different way. I checked the prices on Purple bricks, then called Capital City Help you sell and they charged even less. When Zafar and Robyn came over and met with us, they looked at our house and told us as is, we could ask $375,000. They advised us on what we could do to improve on the house to get the most bang for our buck, and that we didn’t need to spend $35,000. They even gave us recommendations for a painter. We spent $12,000 fixing the house up, but saved that much on commission. Zafar and Robyn put a sign up, with flyers, did all the paperwork, listed it on the MLS for $395,000, and in two days we got a full price offer! Everything went smoothly, they were so helpful and nice, the house closed, and we made more money on our house, which will help us enjoy our retirement. We had a really good experience. Zafar Haider was very prompt to questions, and always answered in a timely manner. We had a property to sell, and he got us good offers and also helped contact the Title company when the escrow agent wasn't responsive. Information is key in real estate so Zafar's communication really helped.
We'll be using him again shortly for another property we have. It's been one of the best experiences dealing with an agent. Highly recommended!!!

Although the real estate market is so hot, that selling should be very easy, it still requires professionalism and catering to the seller and buyer, so that both parties are content. Zafar was courteous and guided us through the sale. We were expecting a higher selling price, however we realized that we sold at the fair market price. I used Zafar Haider for the sale of my Elk Grove home. He was professional, responsive, customer oriented, and a full service broker. I chose Help-U-Sell because I could save money on realtor commissions, but in no way did I get less than full service for the sale of my home. We received several full price offers after our only open house, then the real work began. He helped me navigate the complexities of a real estate transaction, with the offers, counter-offers and all the crazy paperwork. I had never heard of Help-U-Sell, but it did help-me-sell. I am glad I found them and I would use Zafar’s and Robin’s services again. It was a pleasure working with them.

I did a lot of research and finally found Help U Sell Capital City to be the best. Zafar Haider, a realtor, quoted me a low listing fee unlike other realtors who charge the traditional 5-6% (commissions are split 50/50 between buyer and seller agents). Zafar's low fee (not based on a percentage), does not mean he will do less for you. In fact, he exceeded my expectation. His coworker, Robin took great professional pictures with a wide angle lenses. She did an amazing job with the listing description that filled the page on metrolist. Other agents would just throw in a few lines using generic terms. The pictures Robin took looked spacious and beautiful although my house was small. Both of them spent hours at my home taking pictures and going over the details. They are really professional and dedicated, trying to get my home sold for the most money even though they only get a low set fee (paid through escrow at closing) no matter how much my home would sell. To me, that's the realtor you want to hire.

Zafar listed my home on metrolist 35k over what other realtors thought my home was worth through comparables. I was worried that Zafar overpriced my home and it would not sell. I told him to lower it down but he reassured me that I have a unique property and there are no comparables for that. My house was small but had a big side and back yard. Zafar posted a for sale sign in front of my front yard with a big sign "Huge Backyard" (thanks for being creative and going an extra mile) and also had a video tour on the website. His color brochures were beautifully printed on thick, quality papers.

I had multiple offers within couple days. My house was finally sold at 328k on 6/21/16 (a 1,240 sqft house, 3 beds, 2 baths, single story with 0.29 acre lot - listed at 320k, 35k over what other realtors would have listed for me if I were to choose them).

When I made a decision to choose Zafar from Help U Sell Capital city because of his low fee, other realtors told me I would get minimal and poor quality service and I would get what I paid for. I proved them wrong. I got more than what I paid for.

Why am I writing this long? I could have given Zafar a bonus, but he decided for me to write a Google review for him instead. You can rest assured that you are in good hands with Zafar.

Our realtor Zafar Haider at Help-U-Sell was great. I have sold several homes in the past and this sale by far went the smoothest. Escrow closed on time and even when there were a few problems that needed attention Zafar and Robin went out of their way to get them corrected which avoided delays in closing the deal.
