A little about me: I grew up in Florida and began in the construction industry. I owned a drafting business that generated more than 1,000 blueprints for a small community. I later pursued my Master's in archaeology and Ph.D. in Environmental Anthropology. You may ask how that relates to real estate. Well, I transfer those skills by providing tools and reports, like green certification, to help increase your home's value.

Don't let my stats mislead you. While I was working on my Ph.D., I was an operations manager for a real estate coaching program and managed real estate transactions for other agents, so I have EIGHT YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE. While working for the coaching program, I was trained by the best Realtors. Our results are in the numbers, with 38% of new agents in the program closing on transactions within their first 120 days.
