Zain is a graduate of the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate with a minor in Law & Policy. His coursework included Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Finance & Investment, Real Estate Capital Markets, Real Estate Development, Investment Analysis, Property Management, Real Estate Marketing, Analytical Skills in Real Estate, Real Estate Financial Modeling, Real Estate Valuation & Feasibility Studies, Conflict Resolution, Business Law & Sustainability, Regulation of Financial Markets and United States Immigration for his Law & Policy capstone. Notably, his term papers discussed the stateside regulatory environment of Family Offices and advocated for expanding the EB-5 Foreign Investor Program to modernize infrastructure and stimulate property development across the country. Zain also holds the Certified Negotiation Expert designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, and received a Property Management Certificate from the New York Real Estate Institute.
Zain’s real estate career began in 2017 and he continues to negotiate Manhattan real estate transactions on behalf of his discerning clientele comprised of real estate investors, finance professionals, doctors, fashion designers and models. He moved to a boutique brokerage firm prior to joining Corcoran’s 387 Park Avenue South office, and is highly committed to advancing himself in the industry.
