Wouldn’t͏ have chosen anyone but Zalone!
Zalone͏ helped me buy my house 5 years ago and I had such a great experience then, I didn’t have to give it any thought when it came time to sell. I knew Zalone was the realtor for me!
She kept in contact with us throughout the whole process and made sure to explain everything so we understood what was going on. She was always available to answer questions or work around our busy schedules. She went above and beyond to advertise and get the house sold. And after only one weekend of open house, boom we had an offer.
Zalone always has your best interest at heart! And even her team was on it with emails and making sure communication was number one. I plan on buying again in the future and I will no doubt go through her again.

Zalone͏ Is Fantastic!!
From͏ beginning to end, Zalone exceeded our expectations with professionalism and real estate knowledge! For example, we thought that not hiring a photographer would save money. She insisted that professional photos pay off. Wow, was she right! We had an offer the very first day with more offers to follow!! Also, we really appreciated her keeping us informed at every point in the transaction. Zalone is personable and very easy to work with. Thank you Zalone! We appreciate all that you did to create and complete our sale!!

Zalone is the best

It's been a while since I've sold a house and from the beginning, Zalone was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Throughout the process, she kept me informed about all important information, dates, deadlines, progress - everything. I could always reach her if I needed to through text, e-mail or through a phone call. The people who work with her are also very helpful and responsive. I was very impressed with her professionalism and organizational skills. Additionally, her advertising was first rate - I received 18 offers on my house. Go with Zalone if you can - you will not be disappointed.

It's difficult to put into words how wonderful Zalone was in helping us sell our current home and purchase a brand new build. There are so many complexities involved in the process and she made it so seamless for us. Her expertise, flexibility, positive attitude and perseverance were key aspects of why this was a pleasant experience for my husband and I, and of course our family dog. First of all, Zalone is very personable, caring, honest and hard-working. Right away we noticed how Zalone quickly built strong relationships with the other agents, title companies, lender, and the New Builder Sales staff. She also wrote a great listing description that highlighted the best features of our home, had professional pictures taken, and was persistent in marketing the day our house went on the market. She really went above and beyond what we expected. Needless to say, our house sold within the first week of being listed. She kept us well informed every step of the way and negotiated the deal expertly. She provided all the parties involved in the transaction with daily updates throughout the process and all of her communications were professional and understandable to everyone. She also played a key role in helping us through the purchase of our new home. Buying a brand new build can be intimidating because it is so different than buying a resale home and every builder's process can be different. But, with Zalone in tote, she walked us through the process, went with us to register as first time visitors to several new builds and made us feel very comfortable with moving forward! We knew she had already worked with other clients purchasing brand new homes and we wouldn't have gone though it without her guidance. She even did some negotiating during our new build transaction and it worked in our favor! She strongly advocates for her clients and is a skilled problem-solver. Zalone is very knowledgeable about all aspects of selling/buying a home.
