Zeenat is your ideal Realtor. Knowledgeable, Responsive and she has High integrity. We did the entire deal remotely in less than 40 days. This is possible only when you trust the person. She did a great job with the home inspection. She is pragmatic and knows which issues are important to focus on. She went out of her way to help us feel comfortable with the purchase by presenting us with actual facts and data on the property. Her background as a licensed structural engineer comes in handy in identifying any critical issues with the property. Her experience in remodeling properties helped us feel comfortable with undertaking post purchase upgrades. I would certainly recommend Zeenat as she has a 360 degree view of property purchase.

Zeenat was exceptional to work with for a cross country move to California. My wife and I met Zeenat as the property manger/owner of a beautiful home in Oceanside and we subsequently worked with her as our exclusive realtor in our search for a permanent residence. She was very thorough in discussing with us what we wanted in our dream home and she presented us a great number of excellent options regularly. She was prompt and attentive to our needs and walked us through the process from scheduling and attending viewings to making our offer and assisting with our lender and the escrow closing. She was always available to answer questions and was extremely knowledgeable. She is a consummate professional but also very charming and helped make our home buying experience enjoyable. We Highly recommend Zeenat.
