Buying a new build, during the covid pandemic, as well as the insane housing market was definitely an odd experience. I am so incredibly thankful that we had the team that we did, otherwise I honestly don't think we would've been able to make it through certain stressful situations. Marsha and Kelly always looked out for our best interests and made sure that every question we had got an answer. I will always return to them for any future buying or selling needs and I will refer all of my friends and family to them as well. We would not have stumbled upon our home without their expertise and experience.

Marsha was wonderful in helping me sell my Mother’s house after her recent passing. She got me more than I was expecting, and helped me navigate all the documents I needed. Even saved me fees for a lawyer with all her knowledge. I highly recommend her and Kelly

Marsha and Kelly helped me find a home I LOVE in one of the toughest Colorado real estate markets to date. I am pretty picky and wasn't sure I could find something I wanted. Marsha's unwavering belief and her tireless efforts to write the most attractive offer landed me a place I can't wait to move into. She was immensely patient with me and my endless questions, and never made me feel like I was a burden. THEN, she helped me get an attractive offer when I sold my place. Through this process, I learned there are a lot of agents out there who are missing opportunities for their buyers and sellers. Not Marsha and Kelly.
