In under three years, she built an impressive portfolio through Her Estate LLC, now managing three Airbnb properties and six long-term rentals. This hands-on investment experience led to the creation of her second venture, Zer Her Realty Group, Inc., where she provides comprehensive, customized services to buyers, sellers, and investors. Zer is deeply committed to personalized service, ensuring every client feels heard, supported, and confident throughout their real estate journey.

Beyond sales and investing, Zer’s creativity shines through EZ Staging, Inc., which she co-founded with her husband, Ellison. Named after their initials, EZ Staging reflects Zer’s artistic vision and ability to transform spaces into visually compelling environments that enhance property value and market appeal.

Community involvement and philanthropy are central to Zer’s mission. Each year, she donates $1,000 from her real estate profits to the Zer Her Legacy Scholarship, supporting and empowering students within the Hmong community. She also makes biennial donations of staging furniture and décor from EZ Staging to families in need, creating meaningful and tangible impact. In addition, Zer supports local dance groups, youth soccer teams, and sponsors major community events such as the Milwaukee Hmong New Year, reinforcing her dedication to giving back.

Outside of real estate, Zer leads a vibrant and balanced life. She is passionate about food, travel, fashion, and discovering new experiences. Most importantly, she treasures time with her family and friends and is a devoted wife and proud mother of four.
