About Zia

In 2017, Zia met Doug Bowen. The two quickly recognized their shared values, complementary talents, and the benefits a partnership would bring to their clients. They formed the Doug Bowen/Zia O'Hara Team and, in short order, they doubled their business. They have won the top 2% team Pinnacle Award every year since 2017 and were included on the REALTrends + Tom Ferry America's Best Real Estate Professionals Top 1.5% Nationwide in 2021 and 2022. Together, they have brokered more 200 transactions, representing more than $500 million in sales.

Zia's expertise includes a deep knowledge of the townhouse, new development, and co-op and condo markets, with a focus in Brooklyn and downtown Manhattan. She has been involved in the planning, sales, and marketing of One Prospect Park West, as well as many smaller townhouse condo conversion projects. Contributing her love of design with an intuitive sense of what the market demands, Zia and Doug consistently break records across neighborhoods.
