Zyon was wonderful to work with while my fiance and I were looking for our first home. We spent a lot of time, and many weekends out together looking at homes and working to nail-down exactly what we wanted and werent willing to sacrifice. Zyon was super patient, helpful and always accommodating to make sure we ultimately would feel right about making this big decision, and getting all of our questions and concerns addressed, especially through the home buying process. I worked with Zyon well over a year trying to find the right home that has the space, neighborhood, and upgrades to suit our needs in my price range. I can be a bit fussy/manic/undecided at times; he handled it correctly and professionally hahah. He was honest enough to even point out the flaws in some homes I was interested in that I wouldn’t have ever noticed being brand new to this.

He was informative, patient, and most importantly- trustworthy for the whole process. He was even openly available after the closing following up and insuring we were still confident and happy with our home choice and the process. I am a first time homeowner so I needed a lot of recommendations and answers to amateur maintenance questions- he had them all. Thank you again Zyon!

Zyon could not have been better at being our realtor. I’ve racked my brain to think of ways he could have improved and I can’t think of a single one.

We had very specific requirements for the home we wanted to get and it took us almost 6 months to find one that fit them. It would have been understandable for any realtor to get annoyed with us.

For the entire duration of this process Zyon was patient, enthusiastic, an excellent communicator, extremely knowledgeable, and a tough negotiator on our behalf. He never got discouraged, even when we were, and he never tried to convince us to get something that was *almost* right. Zyon went above and beyond, helping to verify terms with the escrow, title co, and lender along the way.

I cannot recommend Zyon highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We had a fantastic experience with Zyon! My family and I were fortunate to enjoy renting a beautiful house for several months, which Zyon helped us find, and it was absolutely wonderful. The property itself was well maintained and equipped with everything that we needed to fully enjoy our extended stay. What's more is that the management team he introduced us to was friendly and personable, and they went above and beyond to ensure that our time there was seamless and pleasant. Little touches like restaurant guides, knowledge into the local scene, thoughtful activity recommendations, and quick responses to any questions we had went a long way in enhancing our stay and experience.
