With multiple apartment options, green space, a few restaurants and a Texas Department of Public Safety office, Two Rivers East is a renter’s community that equally caters to residents young and old alike. “We’re about 10 minutes away from Texas State University,” Country Oaks property manager Tanya Baskin says. “Some properties are dedicated to students only, while there’s a handful that has a combination of demographics. It’s kind of a mixed community.” Most restaurants are located on the west end alongside Interstate 35.
