Absarokee High is quite honestly a terrible school. The academics are some of the worst in the state. This is primarily due to the student resentment of education. The school culture is a direct reflection of the small minded miner/rancher community of Absarokee. One benefit is the ratio of teachers to students as your teachers get to know you on a personal level. In total Absarokee High School is lacking in almost all regards and I would not recommend.

i had the chance and enjoyed to study in this high school, each teacher is carefully for every child, i mean the community worries for their students and want to us do everything as we can. i am proud to be included in this town. the only thing need this school is add college classes to their system for some students.

The rules here are strict but they are in place and makes everyone feel safe. Also they make everyone strive for excellence. Some of the rules seem old fashion but they also make everyone focus on school work. I really appreciate the rules here. The administration also talks with students so they are a part of the students life so they are not just some image of people in an office not caring about their students.

Absarokee schools offers an amazing amount of classes for its students in an environment that is safe, respectful, and holds everyone in the school to standards that are rarely seen these days. The students are not a number, but an actual person that everyone knows about and cares about. This school...

If you like your child to grow up in a safe place, you need to join us here in Absarokee. The Absarokee schools are top class for a small town school. There are so many extra-curricular activities for students to sign up for and are being taught by highly qualified teachers.

Fine Arts, music and world languages are excellent. The drama is one of the best in the state.

The art teacher is very experienced and personal. The teaching staff is responsive to new ideas while holding on to core values.
