ABRHS overall is a good school that prepares its students very well for college and AP tests. However, it has major funding issues for its programs and courses. The school is in big dept.

The pressure created by the school culture causes too many people to fall into unhealthy coping mechanisms causing a substantial amount of people to indulge in drugs and vaping. Not everyone falls victim to this as most athletes don't do drugs and vape; however, almost everyone drinks to deal with the pressures. This culture is unhealthy and unsustainable.

I think the first and most important thing that needs to be addressed about ABRHS is the fact that it is extremely competitive in every area... academically, socially, and more. On the bright side, a lot of the teachers I had in particular were fair enough to give me extensions and help me where I needed it.

Great Teachers. Very welcoming Academic Buildings/Facility. The school follows-up on our concerns and provides outstanding support and assistance when needed to children and parents alike. The teachers are experienced - you can tell they love and care about what they do.

As a current student, I have only this to say:Do not send your child here unless you wish to subject them to extreme stress.
