GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

There is a strong amount of acceptance at my school. We only have 200 kids preschool through twelth grade so we are all sortof like family. The one bad thing about it though is that in response to us being so small we have nothing. We don't have football, homecoming, soccer, tennis, choir... none of that. The options are very limited and the only thing that I can participate in is basketball. It is my core and my focus in everything, I am the team captian and I am a junior in highschool. I hope some day to get out of this small town and experience what the big world is like.

We have no guidance counselors availible at our school and the reason why I said that the bus services were very poor is because we only have one bus and the bus drivers all got sent to jail. Our dress code is pretty much you wear what you have because our school is so poor. People in Alba have nothing.

I went to this school from 3-7th grade. let me just say its like getting home schooled in a building. when I was in fifth grade I was the ONLY fifth grader! so I did not get a lot of help considering that I was put in a room with 3rd and 4th graders all day. when I moved to my new school I found it...
