when i got to high school i had just transferred from another school, so i was quite scared. i couldn't talk to anyone because of the masks and plexiglass at the lunch tables and the separation during class, so it was hard to make friends. eventually i found friends and was super happy. i finally came out of my shell and was ready to continue with high school. after i got over the initial shock and worry of transferring it was a super great experience. the staff was welcoming and all the students were nice as well. i had no trouble during my time at algona high school.

He had a great high school career here. I've made lots of friends and Mande many memories with them! I recommend getting as involved as you can because it makes the experience worth while. My teachers are always there to help me get better and understand the information we're learning!

I like the environment at Algona High School. I feel like the teachers really care about us and our facilities are always kept clean. Also, I feel like Algona High School is a safe environment and the student body gets along well. The academic environment is really good as there are a lot of resources and ways to get to extra help. Overall I love my high school and think that it's a well kept district.
