The best part about Alta Loma High was the small community that we had. In our school everyone knew each other in a way. It felt very tight knit and I enjoyed how are school was able to come together during not only fun events but also times of despair such as the passing of a student. My only complaint would have to be that I thought I was ready for college, but I wasn't actually ready. And I don't mean the college experience but rather the process of getting into college, looking into financial aid, housing, all of that. I just feel stressed out doing it and I wish my school had provided more help on those small things rather than college courses, and applying for college and FAFSA.

My school is cool as an African American student there isn't very much diversity not within just our community but others as well.

It's an average high school, educational opportunities are alright. Wish there was more opportunities for people who pursue higher education.

This HS has gone down hill in the last years. The administration plays a blind eye to so many things making the students vulnerable to bullying, assault and not only by peers but also by staff. The scariest part is the principal is hardly ever involved. He is not involved even if you alert him, you...
