I believe Alton high has a variety of classes that help students decide what they would like to do in there future. We also have a lot of resources, such as two gyms, a weightlifting room, and a large auditorium, that help push students to follow their passions. I think the school could better itself with our overall atmosphere between students. However, I really do love and think my school is one of the best.

The teachers cared deeply for the students and wanted them to have success, specifically in the STEM department. The academics were stellar, but the administration and overall culture outside of class was lackluster.

The worst part of my expierience is the crime and bad children. There are kids smoking in the halls or making out which isn't good to have. The good thing is the amount of available side classes and extra curricular activities available.

Pretty bad. For every good teacher there 10 ones who don’t do there job to the point where they give you 10 assignments a day and just sit behind there desk
