Throughout my time through Katella High School, I was very determined to be a great student. Thankfully, the teachers I had were great and pushed me to be the best, and I utilized every opportunity that the school had granted us. Overall I truly think this school is a gem.

the school is bad, we have some teachers that are engaged with students and others who just seem to be there for money and leave. our students suck and have a drinking and smoking problem. throughout my time there as well i never felt safe and always found myself not going to certain areas because of certain kids. our admin aren't the best and don't get anything done they complain and complain about how the students act but don't do anything about it. the only reason why i put two stars was because of the few teachers that i have had that have made my high school experience memorable. overall this school just needs a more engaged admin!!!

I would like the administrators to work harder to provide a more nurturing environment, and have more follow ups with teachers.

My daughter just graduated from Katella high school. I saw many change after new principal - Mr Hernandez -starting his work. I wish we will continue improving our high school and achieve higher success!

Horrible school. I should say 80% of the students dislike their school administrators. Principal and 11th Grade AP pretending to be parents by disciplining students for activities that happened outside school campus.
