I loved my experience at Ankeny Centennial specifically due to the teachers. They were the some of my best memories there and a big reason that I connected to school so much and did as well as I did.

I would say that Centennial's teachers are what make the school decent to come to. As the years went on, I felt like I was able to relate to the teachers a lot more and build a good support system. However, the overall attitudes of the students and their work habits make it hard to be more enjoyable. I wish that there was more of a sense of community instead of a triangle structure, where the most popular are favored and get into the spotlight.

I really enjoyed the school, but my biggest issue was with their preparation for college. The school system is set up so that everybody wins you pass if you even remotely try. Also homework is not allowed to be graded... a rude awakening when you get to college.
