GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Anna Jonesboro School is a great small public school to go to. They have great teachers and great sports. I am pleased with this school and their academics.

As I woke up this morning and had just bought new pj pants that were so comfy that I wished I could've worn to school and then right around 3rd period I was walking in the halls and a girl who is a sophomore or junior I don't really know but she was wearing spandex that were rolled up to her butt. And yes it was September 16th 2024. It is sad that they are so strict on on pants and things along those lines but girls can wear things that show off too my cleavage too much stomach. And while I agree we should be able to wear what we want to school (some things are too much) but yes we should be able to wear whatever we want but making students change because they are wearing pjs but not stopping students showing their stomach or wearing spandex rolled up to their butt is crazy. I love aj but the dress code either needs to be reconsidered or it needs to be taken serious to all of the students. Stop picking favorites. Stop singling out the people with bigger chests.

So far my experience has not been the best. But that's just me. You can ask other people and they will say it's great! There's nothing you can change. The student body is just a toxic environment.

institutional leadership is only focused on its athletics department. The institution refuses to enforce bullying policy and many students are bullied heinously. The only redeeming factor of the institution is a exceptional Science and English department. The teachers in these departments brightened...
