GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Starting at a completely new school is terrifying but the amazing part is I started my freshman year of high school therefore I have many ways of showing how I've grown academically and character wise. I've had good teachers and less helpful teachers. I enjoy focusing on the teachers that have helped me improve not just in my education but they've helped me grow as a person. One of my many amazing experiences from high school would be laughing with my friends or accidentally embarrassing myself and I just get to laugh about it with everyone. the genuine change I would actually want is performing better and having more effective guidance my freshman and sophomore year academically.

I like that Anson High School is a small school that is not crowded. A wider array of extra-curricular activities could be offered.
