Deer Valley in the Antioch area has the most performing arts stuff compared to all the other schools in the area. As it's what I am majoring in I prefer this, but the funding received for the school for the performing arts is very little.

Deer Valley is honestly a good school, the only problem with it are the students attending. Deer valley has a lot of diverse classes to choose from and has lots of resources. The campus is a good size and there are good teachers, with some being an exception.

Deer Valley has a lot of potential to be the great school it once was but now there are many threats and I'm worried for my child's safety at times. The teachers were nice and engaging with the students. The sports are great and just hope this school starts getting better.

This is one of the core schools in Antioch the principals don't protect the students. It is unsafe. Police is always there many fights and oh how they protect the bullies but they 'll push away good students and make them feel unwelcome and unsafe. I would never send my child to this school.
