Working in the culinary area was an amazing experience, I learned how to bake and cook while also learning better communication skills and teamwork

2021 graduate, The school and district gave their all to the students during remote schooling as well as my two years predating the Covid-19 pandemic and providing all students with a healthy, helpful learning environment to the best of there abilities.

The teachers are the highlight of this school, I don't think I've had a single bad one. Roof is finally being fixed, before some halls were unusable during storms. Guidance counselors and administration are pretty good, but I've also heard bad things about them, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. Academics are diverse and really good, there's a class for anybody here, from digital art to auto shop classes. However in my years here and in my years prior to going to Arlington at the school under a mile away, I've heard of and experienced multiple bomb and shooting threats. Pretty much all of them were jokes, but lockdowns would happen every other day for a while, however most safety concerns aren't as much of an issue anymore. This is still a really great school despite it's flaws, especially for academic weapons and athletes.

I didn't realize until I went to college how lucky I was to attend a school with such great options for AP programs and music. I learned far more in my senior year courses than I did in my first two years of private college. Hoping I can find somewhere with as many opportunities for my daughter in t...

It’s sad to recognize the disparity that is displayed at Arlington high School. This school is so racially divided and African American kids are subjected to stereotypical behaviors from other children and worse of all teachers. I hope that they will invest in teaching their staff a different cultur...

My children, now 10 years out of high school, were successful in college and have very successful careers. They enjoyed their years at Arlington High School and felt that there were enough activities, groups, clubs, sports so that everyone could find friends.

Arlington is a great school offering many courses that are not available at other schools. Arlington offers many AP and honors classes as well as classes that are outside of the "norm" you would see at other high schools in the area. Some of these courses include, Contemporary Issues in Biomedical S...
