GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My name is Aliyah Page I am a senior at Ashland Highschool and I will be graduating in may 2025. My best part of my experience would be this year because the school is now trying to be more involved with third students and get us out there more. My worst part would be that the school waited so late that I won't have much time to enjoy as much of the school that I want.

Ashland high school is a very small school. It is predominantly black and underfunded. The school could use some maintenance work.

The workload is an easy workload that we have to get ourselves use to doing things on our own . The curriculum is sometimes difficult to we students . Us as students make sure we at least try to get our work done if not understood.

My grandchild has a learning disability and is being excluded from participating in Varsity Basketball because he has a learning disability. Also parental influence, which intimidated the coach was used against my grandson.

I have worked at AMS. I disagree with all of your comments. The reason the students are so negative and don't care about the schools are because of people like you all. Its not the school, its the community of people that do not care. The administrators and teacher try their best to make sure that o...
