I loved attending Carver Early College and I would definitely recommend the school to others. The only changes needed are more snack options for students (Vending machines, Candy Sellers...etc)

Carver may be a small, school, but it makes up for that in the number of opportunities it offers to students. I enrolled in this school my sophomore year, and I was new to the American school system. Carver's faculty did a great job of exposing me to AP, dual enrollment, work-based learning, robotics, JROTC, stem learning opportunities, as well as many other extracurriculars that have put me on the right track to excel in college.

I liked the atmosphere of the school and how everyone there tries to push students to apply to colleges or go to the military. One thing I want to see change is the strict uniform policy because most people can't afford uniforms and would get sent to ISS automatically.

I love the school, I think they need to work on bullying and behavioral issues that are going on there. It really needs to be more streak on attire and clothes. I love the early college partnership at GSU.

I took my son out of woodward Academy and rolled thought I was rolling the dice sending him to Carver Early College. What I found was a great learning enviornment, caring but not enabling teachers, and a dynamic principal. The GSU partnership is awesome at other schools he'd have to take all AP clas...
