GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Classes are super engaging but rigorous. The biggest issue is learning to be confident in your abilities when you're surrounded by extremely intelligent peers. Administration can cause problems when they don't work with students. Overall there's a big harmony between students and staff(teachers and resident counselors), great support systems. Living on campus is also cool.

It can be stressful but the inexperience here has been absolutely invaluable. It's allowed me to challenge myself and learn many thing I never would have other wise.

Admin is actually atrocious, they are nice but they are just incompetent and stubborn. However the residential life at IMSA is well worth it, these are some of the best friends I could have asked for. The amount of work is ludicrous but the teachers make up for it with most classes being fun. The food is not terrible but it isn't great either. Clash of the halls is fun and so is the hoco and prom.
