I've been at Austin high school all my life and I would never want to change that. Austin high school has showed me things that no one else has. I've made some of the greatest friends I have ever had at that school. The school has showed me who I am as a person. It has taught me resilience, strength, and how to be a be a better person. Also, I've learned some of my best English skills from Austin. I find some of my best memories at school. I was in Show Choir for Half of my high school career. For so many nights I would stay at school till 9 pm for Show Choir and I would do all of my homework during my breaks. It sounds kind of bad, but it was always so fun. When I need help I knew I could always find it at my school, whether it was counseling for my problems or help on my math homework. I would never trade my school for any other and will always remember it after I leave.

My high school experience has been enjoyable to say the least. At sometimes its been chaotic as all high schools are but it's been joyful as well as educational. I find the support system at Austin High School is genuine and attentive as well as kind. The teacher's are dedicated and joyful. At times the students can be less then enjoyable to be around but they are generally welcoming. For a low income area the school gives all the opportunities possible for their students.
