Very strict. It acts like a dictatorship. It's obvious the staff has favorites and if your charming enough, no matter how dangerous or annoying u are, life will be easy for you at decker. I beg you, do not send ur child to this school if you want them to succeed and be happy as a middle schooler. This school will suck the joy out of your youth.

I don't believe the teachers or staff truly care about all the students succeeding. They play favoritism and only help those they want to. There's no guidance for these children and in sports they only choose the kids that are really good leaving the other ones to sit out the entire games so what's...

this school made me drain all my energy within the first week of school and and not even the second week of school my math already left so we had to learn online but it was useless and everybody would just be on their phones and fights here happen like almost everyday, most teachers dont even teach...
