Amazing community and school. Everyone does their best possible however being such a small school not a lot of classes are offered

It is overall a safe and average high school experience. The students can receive a lot more help at this school due to the small classes.

We have many traditions and special events no others have but can use Improvement in the staff, and drug use.

Avalon, Catalina - my child was new and was terribly bullied by the local kids here, she is the sweetest nicest kid ever and these kids were awful, their parents awful, and the school did little to change things - do not send you kid here, spare them great cruelty

Avalon School is unique, with both teachers and parents wearing many hats in order to inspire and teach the children in our community. Everyone works together for the good of the children!!!

We live on a small Island off the Coast of Los Angeles. We are fortunate to have a small school community with teachers that care for their students as if they were part of their families. It is difficult for our teachers with the State and District budget cuts. But they seem to pull from their own...
