GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The best part about Aztec high school was the college visits because it gives me options to choose from if I want to go to college and they also provided food for us. The worst part about the high school was the unfairness in giving punishments like if some people got in trouble other people that didn't do anything will be punished. I would change the poor communication between admin and teachers.

Aztec High School could most definitely use some compassion and patience when it come to those who are struggling, or who may not learn the same way as the majority. It is very easy to get in a mundane repetitive schedule when there needs to be something different. It is a good school, but can easily be better if more effort was put forth. I do like that there is a lot of different classes you can take, and our home room hour is very helpful.

It was a decent school, some faculty was good, others weren't as much, sports are decent as well, especially the consecutive titles the wrestling team has won.

I provided copies of all records and again they claim to not be able to find them. The IEP written for my child was lacking all of the services needed...
