The teachers allow an atmosphere where the students can curse freely and the teachers pretend, they don't hear anything. Teaching consists of packets and the children are allowed to roam the hallways free without any recourse. Student population is 50% English speaking and 50% Spanish speaking. Spanish speaking kids refuse to speak English in class.

The bullying here is horrible. My son hates school now. Worst school he has been to. Colgate was an excellent school. Teachers are receptive, but nothing gets resolved with the bullies. The bad kids get rewarded for being bad basically and the good kids. Nothing. Happens. Period.
