I very much enjoyed my freshman year. I was able to join a variety of clubs and sports. The teachers really care about the students learning and try and make each class as engaging as possible.

The Mount is a great school. There is a fantastic brotherhood formed at this school. The students enter 9th grade as boys and graduate as men. Everything from academics to sports to clubs gives students the opportunity to grow and mature. The teachers are supportive of students and the administration is responsive to parents. Being a member of the student body lasts four years; being a member of the Mount Brotherhood lasts a lifetime.

Our son had a very positive experience at MSJ. The coursework was rigorous and prepared him for college-level work. The teachers were supportive and available after class hours. There are several sports and if sports isn't your son's thing, there are even more clubs offered. Most importantly, there is a very strong culture of brotherhood and respect, that is evident as you walk through the campus. He made close friendships that I believe will last a lifetime.

I believe that this school presented a tremendous oppurtunity that students can take advantage of if they are mature enough to recognize it . Teachers change ovr he years but with mentorship, guidance and motivation one can graduate with far more tools with which to face life, college or career.

In my 3 years, this school has been wonderful. It does form the person spiritually, intellectually, and physically. Like any other school, its up to the student to decide whether or not he takes heed of anything and does something with what he's been given. For the most part, of all the recent grads...

As a student, I am disappointed in Mount Saint Joseph. They focus entirely on athletics and not the academics that really matter. The school administration uses all of their funding for things like building new athletic facilities and scholarships for students who are good on the court, and terrible...

Mount Saint Joseph is an excellent High School for any young man. The Principle is outstanding. He is very involved in all aspects of the school. He sets a high standard for learning and discipline. Our son has thrived at MSJ. As parents we highly recommend this school.
