My experience at woodlawn middle school is absolutely awful!!! The gym teachers here suck. like really badly like one time one of the teachers embarrassed a non English speaking student by saying "do you not understand English?" because he couldn't put his things on the bleachers. Speaking of the gym the whole entire place is just a mess, there are over 100 students in there and they expect the classroom to be as silent as a RAT. And also there are rats in the school. I saw one in the gym, music room, and classroom. There are also roaches. and teachers who cannot teach. We have this subsitute who HATES seeing happiness in students. She is incredibly bossy and if she hears even a chuckle out of a student shes yelling at them. and also there's no point in a professional development day if the teachers aren't being developed. these are my reasons why Woodlawn Middle School sucks.

This school is terrible, just like the rating. There are at least 2 fights a day. A large amount of students get expelled every year. There are many students who get bullied. And there are many other problems. Do not come to this school.

I really am sick of this school! This is is more set up and ran like a prison than an actual school! The administration does not properly address concerns as they should! They are quick to throw a child with an IEP or a child who struggles with learning into a classroom called the “Focus room” with...
